Repair & Exchange Policy:
At Rani Rose, we want you to be delighted with every piece you receive. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we do provide exchanges or credit notes under specific conditions.

Exchange is only applicable if:

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The product is damaged or has missing parts

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, with original packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

REPAIR SERVICE:

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. To ensure your Rani Rose pieces stay beautiful forever, we offer a Complimentary 2-Month Repair Warranty.

  • What it covers: Any manufacturing defects or accidental damage within 60 days of delivery.

  • The Service: Your first repair within this period is FREE of cost.

  • Note: Only a nominal flat fee for pickup and re-shipping will apply.

HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST

To make the process seamless, please follow these steps for both Exchanges and Repairs:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to ranirosework@gmail.com.

  2. Subject Line: Mention your Order Number and the type of request (e.g., Repair Request - Order #1234).

  3. Provide Details: * Briefly describe the issue.

    • Mandatory: Attach 2-3 clear images or a short video of the product highlighting the area of concern.

  4. Review: Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 business hours with the next steps.

Important Notes

  • All shipping/reverse pickup charges are borne by the customer

  • Replacements are processed only after Quality Check approval

  • Refunds are not applicable; store credit may be offered in exceptional cases
